Week Numero Uno

this week we kicked off our family fitness challenge. some started out in a sprint, others are keeping us guessing. this week we were just getting the feel for things and acclimating our bodies to more activity, water, fruits, and veggies. let's make week 2 even better. the farrars really represented this week, come on abbotts, let's do this thing.
